Tachyon Technologies is a products company with its focus on designing and building machine learning solutions to enrich human-machine interactions. Inspired by the success of Quillpad in that direction, this new-found focus of Tachyon is strongly driven by the core team’s expertise & passion for building user interfaces that are human-friendly.

Ram Prakash H, Founder & CEO

Ram Prakash H is a technology entrepreneur and an innovator. After his graduation in the year 2000, Ram Prakash co-founded Tachyon Technologies . He specializes in the area of machine learning and artificial intelligence. His research focus is on building machine intelligence technologies that enable making human-machine interactions natural and intuitive. At Tachyon, he spearheads product innovations and actively works on developing the core intelligence modules for the Tachyon products.

His innovation for easy typing in Indian languages using English keyboard, Quillpad, has played a significant role in boosting user generated content on the Internet. He has been recognized as a MIT TR35 India Top Innovator for the year 2010.

Ram Prakash holds a BTech degree in CS & Engg from IIT Madras.

Shivram Khandeparker, Director & CTO

In an industry filled with specialists, Shivram is proud to call himself a generalist. He started tinkering with computers at a very early age and has not looked back since. He brings with him engineering expertise in diverse fields such as networking, systems, machine learning, web & mobile applications and cloud computing. At Tachyon he is responsible for turning ideas into finished products. He is also responsible for driving the company’s overall technology vision and creating a culture of engineering excellence.

Prior to joining Tachyon, Shivram has worked for Amazon and Persistent Systems. He holds a Bachelors degree in CS & Engg from Goa University
